Bleeding Zombie Item Thing

So when I was fighting he spawned 50 zombies then I had 2 hearts left so I /spawned out and when I was at spawn It said "You're bleeding" So i used the heal sign and I was lagging and I died in spawn.  SweatyPizza got my stuff.  Can some one replace my stuff it was diamond armor and a diamond axe with 1 stack of arrows and a bow and can some one fix this zombie spawn glitch?

There were 3 mobs, they were Weaviles, and the bleeding is intended.

Why is  Arceus  mode at spawn again? I don't remember the reason behind that
