Replay Mod-Allowed or not?

The replay mod is a minecraft modification that allows you to record a session of your game and view it in any perspective in a singleplayer world.

Just wondering if I'm allowed to use it, would be great for elite fights and other things of the sort, which, if allowed, is what I'd use it for. (Gym fights, building video, etc.)

It gives you no clear unfair advantage, but thinking from a different perspective couldn't this be used as an X-ray?  Also kind of a cheat with mazes; though it is up to the admins to decide, but I'd allow it.

Building videos, no real problem, but there are better time lapse mods out there. Gym/Elite fights, once again no real issue. Personally I'm against the mod due to reasons above, but right now I don't care.
