I don't want to make a big deal of this, I don't mind too much but I find it sort of unfair.
Anyway, I had my full enchant (power V, unbreaking III, punch II, Flame I, infinity I) Apollo bow on me for hunting and such. 1ce just released a legendary and I asked what it was. I was instantly tp'd (not tpa'd) right into the middle of the route with the legend, and where a few people had come to fight it.
Intending not to loose any of my equipment like last time there was a legendary I had the intent to go drop of stuff in my VIP before fighting it.
The second I was tp'd into the route I went to type /spawn to get out as fast as I could but right before I got out Stng came up behind/beside me and disarmed my bow in one hit right before I warped out.
I just find it unfair that I lost my fully enchanted bow because I was tp'd in, without warning, then disarmed before I could leave. It didn't intend on fighting with it or PVPing with it at the time and it was unfairly taken.
It's not too big a deal but could someone please do something about it, like return it from Stng. He said to me that he's leaving forever and the only reason he took it was to ruin my day, not to use it.

I know, it doesn't promote fair pvp. It's also how I lost my old enchanted bow, Frenz ran up to me, disarmed me, then warped out before I could kill him with my axe.
This is the exact same as safe zone attackers, who stay in no pvp then quickly run out and attack you. This is worse though as they're stealing then warping away before you can do anything about it. Proper pvp where you kill the person then take their stuff is fair as you actually earned it.
I personally find this worse than pot spamming as at least you killed the person for it.

I agree, disarm just makes things worse, but then if it was removed, unarmed would only have one cool side effect, unlike the other stats, even if arrow deflect is pretty awesome.

I disagree. There's a difference between bad PVP and diverse PVP. Disarmed allows people the ability to "counter" someone who only uses axes. If I know you only can use an axe well, I can disarm you. If you want to counter someone who uses disarm, use a bow and kite them then run up and kill them. I don't see a problem with disarm in a PVP sense. Don't run around with your most powerful weapons and expect to not lose it. I understand Sharkfin's situation in this case because he was forced to warp there but other cases don't apply. I do agree though that adding a timer on /warp and /spawn would be a good idea though to prevent people from purely stealing rather than using disarmed as a means of PVP. I'll bring it up at the admin meeting.

Care to elaborate? If the wait time is long enough to be a minor annoyance yet prevent a large, arching problem, I see nothing wrong with it.

Unarmed disarm maxes at a 33% CHANCE, while also offering a skill iron grip, which allows a chance to stop a disarm maxing at 100%, I don't see any issue with disarms

That was really bad paraphrasing, but I guess the point is there.

I agree with this. And I have a slight feeling there'll be less PvP with a delay between teleports.

With my bow...
May I point out that disarming can be a good aspect of pvp and provide a diverse battle as Para said but at the moment it is mainly being used for theft and trolling. Is running up and disarming someone's item then running/warping away good pvp?
Having said that I don't believe a timed warp would be good and would just create more trolling in regards to over incidents.

The issue here isn't /warp its /tp and how 1ce used it. How the heck did we get on to timed warps?
