You think you can code a certain item that isn't commonly used into a "whip?"
This would be used to unsit and teleport all pets to you.
I find it tedious to unsit just a few dogs especially the tiny ones.
Any thoughts on items or if this is a good idea?

If this plugin also stopped all your dogs from teleporting to you if you are attacked nearby to them i would be all for it :P

Okay so I had more to add.
The item can be like a rune! Maybe you can ask if you can modify and make your own or somethign.
So certain tiers reach certain radius'.
So cobble is 3x3
Increases by 2 for ever tier.
I would say stick... or fishing pole left clicking with them causes this to happen.

Runes are rather easy to use. Just remembering them is annoying.

Question: How many wolfs are one the server, on average, at one time? Just a rough estimate. Could be 1000 off, I don't care. Just an estimate.

Not a lot really, rough estimate is about 2-3 wolfs per player. With the taming skill you can also shift click with bones to spawn more.

oh um. Assume about 50-100 tamed dogs. Then possible 3mobs per online player? and then maybe mobs in the surrounding environment. tbh, i have no idea...

I remember when I had over 60 dogs in my VIP. That was before 1ce accidentally rollback the server and caused my VIP to move and basically killed my dogs. :(

The plugin seems possible, I just need to know exactly what it would do.

Make it tie in with mcmmo, having so many levels will allow you to call all of your dogs or make them all sit, shift right clicking with a note block will make them sit, while shift left clicking with a note block will make them stand.

Est. entities on server. Approx 20k to 50k

Plugin should check for any dogs owned by the player using the item, and will stand any dog owned by that player with all loaded chunks surrounding them. All dogs should teleport then.

So you want it to
A. Check if the player owns any dogs.
B. IF they do, check where the dogs are.
C. IF the dogs are in a loaded chunk, make them stand up.
D. After they stand up, teleport them to the player position.

So it just makes dogs sit up then teleport. Can't this be abused? Like you're 1v1ing something while you're 20 dogs are at hoe then you use whip and BAM, surprise attack?

Well, they can make rules.
Gyms can make this rule especially.
How about, however many bones=However many dogs will teleport to you?
The only place this COULD be abused is in wilderness wars and basically non official battles.

Perhaps only the dogs that you own within a 2 chunk radius.

In other words, 50 levels calls a maximum of 2 dogs, 100 calls 4, 150 calls 6 etc...
