Next time move parts of it, not a gigantic mass of blocks at the same time forcing a server Kill to restart it.
Repeating this will lose your Worldedit status. Think before you //act

Is there anyway to fix the pokeathlon besides rebuilding it :/

Log block might have a record of blocks placed, but any world editing done will have to be redone manually. Lb doesn't record that.
Select the entire affected area with the wand
/lb rollback sel time 3d
Tells log block to roll back any changes made in the last few days (it's a trick, the blocks are already gone)
/lb redo sel time 3d
Tells log block to put the blocks back. So it will place the blocks that it "thinks" it removed.
Change 3d to whatever amount of time you think, just make sure you use the 'sel' parameter or I'll ban you myself :p

If I had another option, I'd have mentioned it.
Maybe try times like 7d or 14d, I don't know how long you've been working in that area.
