Title: A suggestion for Gym Leaders

Sometimes I wonder if pkmon11 still comes on. We need to have a command to show how long ago leaders have been on. I'm sorta getting tired of bothering donators and admins about it.

Well if donators have it, the admins probably considered giving it to the non-donators. But it's just another perk to donators, and a unique perk, not for the non-donators. Just another reason to donate, I guess.

Its now possible to have it only be possible to check a gymleader's time, but pixelmon server is outdated for it.
