Title: Gym Area pvp Problems

Problem with pvp and newcomers in Gym Arenas cant hit them It doesn't Help its a bit of a Problem
 :confused: :-\
it makes it a problem for newcomers to the server to make challenges!?.

If a newbie says the word "challenge" in chat, they will be reminded that they cant pvp until they get 75 mob kills.
