Title: New Plugin Perhaps?

Now this is a topic that had bothered me for a while. It's not really that big of a deal but I was looking around and found this plugin that seems to be able to do the trick. Now it may be outdated and there are probably better ones but it's more the idea that counts. I will post more links if I find better ones.

 I was actually part way through making this when the new maps are released. Only thing is so far its only for mods and moddamage commands.
