Redstone Help

I'm making four zelda style temples/dungeons on my friends server and I need someone who is good at making redstone piston doors, redstone traps, and redstone puzzles. Anyone want to help?

Paradox has no reputation, he doesn't even know how to use a lever to open a wooden door. When he steps on a pressure plate, he gets trapped in a piston trap or an iron door trap. Para doesn't even know how to craft a redstone torch
