My dad works for the Air Force and they forced him to leave.  He's not able to work or get paid at both of his jobs (he's a pilot and he works a "civilian" job at his squadron) because of the shutdown.  In the US government, there's something broke *coughcough*Congress*coughcough* and we need to fix it.
