Title: Shiny Zapdos?

Hell and i am just wondering why ghosty911 on the pixelmon server has received a shiny zapdos from what i have heard is from 1cec0ld I am just wanting to know why this happend and if there was a glitch in the game that has entitiled him to loose anything then if you could atleast fill me in on this information
