Items going into the viod

I have been having items go into the void when i try to pick them up, I lost a diamond sword fire aspect 2 some diamond armor a stack of arrows and my enchanted bow. It also becomes a problem for my chalangers when they lose there stuff, and i cant get them new stuff. So can someone please look at the glitch and fix it for me

I dont think this  is a problem anymore. Ever since the update, things have been going really smooth.

Everything seems to be back to normal since the update. Although anticheat doesn't seem to like certain things xD
