You really only need to know pretty basic world gaurd commands to be mod, and I don't think anyone has all the flags memorized. I just put in random jibberish as the flag and it lists them.

There is a command to list them, you dont need to memorize them.
WorldGuard is really easy to [size=78%]learn.[/size]
