So since we'll be using the ss/hg map of kanto, what will happen to the old one? I was thinking we could do some donor world thing but the staff and experienced builders know about this stuff :/

lol oops. But yeah. If there are two different kantos, I don't think many people would stay at the old one. Or we could put a warp sign in oak's lab to jpallet...

Later? What do you mean? And which would be /spawn. Kanto 3? Or jpallet?

There will be a spawn room where people will learn about how to install pixelmon, how to play on the PvP server ect. In the process, they can pick which region (Kanto 4 (or what some people call it JKanto) or Johto) as far as I know, One Johto badge is the equivalent of one Kanto badge. I have no idea about Hoenn, Sinnoh, and Unova.

I was under the impression that we'd be using the LG/FR Kanto and that JKanto would merely be a place for sightseeing, buying houses and have gyms that were just fun challenges for some sort of prize.
The problem with making JKanto the main Kanto is that it exists 2 years later and is vastly different to Kanto 1. People when they join the server are going to pick the region that's their favourite to start in and those who played Gen 1 or LG/FR are going to be disappointed.

but i'm pretty sure most die hard gen 1 and fr/lg have hg/ss
