Title: "Banks" Chest's replaced? Help.

So, I join the server @ 9:22 (GMT +0) and I go "/home" to goto my bank chest. When I teleport there my bank chest has been replaced with red wool? I asked help from some of the staff but no one replied but Talegends did. I had all my important items inside that chest, (diamonds, iron and such.) Was this ment to happen? and is there anyway I could get my stuff back please? Thanks for reading.
