Title: 1.8 things to do

With build server being on 1.8  :banana:

There is much to do in every region.

-Update Trainer tips and other signs to include more characters per line (1.8 made it so that signs use the width of the character instead of a hard 16-char limit per line)
-More to come as I think of it


If you update Sinnoh, please do so in JapanTemplate world, not in the main build world.

So 1ce, what should be done next since 1.8 is out for Kanto and Johto?


Besides 1.8, what else should be done that doesn't relate to 1.8 work that could have been done in 1.7.9?

It might be down due to hex migrating some stuff and doing other stuff. Buuuut I can't check for another 3 hours because I'm on break at work.
