Title: Spam guard bans

So after a long battle trying to unbanked frenzymon who was banned by spam guard finally got it. For everyone's knowledge you first have to unban the Ip, /seen the player to get the Ip than /pardonip (ip). Next you have to get them unbanned through spam guard /sg unban (player name) and their name is case sensitive. That is all.
