I've been wondering for a while about this so please answer

Founders: Paradox1123, GladosEXE, ilickwindows, zoomzen
Admins: 1cec0ld, miosio, tenebraemaximus, daanor
People who pay for it: Donors
People with access to the money that pays for it: Admins

Any/all of these people could be interpreted as 'owners' of the server. Hope this helps.

As always... The donators pay to maintain the server.
