When I ask some people about gifs, as profile pics and sigs and what not, they tell me to drag it to the desktop. When I try to drag it to the desk top, It saves as one image and not as the whole animation. Any tips?

Depends on what computer you are using.  Not sure if its different though.  Right click the image on the forums and click "Open in new window".  After that you find the url on top.  You add in front of it (img) and (/img) on the back of it.  (Replace the ( ) with [ ].  Copy and paste it.  Delete the http part.  Profit!

Also if you want to make a signature do this. Profile -> Forum Profile -> Signature
Then paste this in (remove the . but leave the /) [.IMG]http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130706080521/glee/images/7/79/Pokemon_Noivern.gif[/IMG]
