26 dollars to buy Nrs_Joy and skinned her with the first best-of-the-worst skin i could find.
If we want to let some of our players try to come up with better skins, y'all can post or wait for them to volunteer. Theres a copy in every Kanto Center I could remember.

My first goal is to make the Park NPC's wander randomly. If I can do that, I'll do it first. Then I'll see what I can do with Joy. If you want to, the people in #citizens are friendly, and the Denizens dev, Aufdemrand, is almost always willing to answer questions. Just make sure you specify Citizens2-209 Denizens-73
