Banned people being unbanned

I stood for Jibbyfunk, but ALDO is unbanned now, he was supposed to be banned long ago and I"m not gonna stand for him being unbanned, all he does is injure the server.

I say make him appeal, and do the standard. I wouldn't charge him more than $5 tho, even if he does have the multi-ban history, but I may be personally biased.
