on top of being a troll dj is the definition of inactivity, logs in once every week or 2 and has stated clearly multiple times he doesnt care about the server at all

What I had said before still stands for that; the server gave up on him, so he gave up on the server.

Now there's another moderator spot since Vitto left... I've been eyeing BlazeQuilava. He's active and I think he can do it. He also has a solid mod app.

After some thought I don't see need for another mod to "replace" vitto he wasnt very active to begin with and we now have 5 admins and 6 mods I feel that's sufficient for the time being if you disagree feel free to try and convince me
