We need a new ts

At the admin meeting I know we were talking about getting the dedicated server and with that we are getting a new ts but just to let you know the host I have the current ts on is shutting down so the ts will be down starting April 27th

I know I said I wasn't worried about it but with the hosted shutting down they may be more willing to hand out the files for our TS and it'd be nice to keep our ban list so if you could look into that Mio that would be awesome
