Banned or not, you still have to apply for builder to build. Go to the app topic and fill it out.

Apply in the applications thread. If you're not accepted, bad luck, try again or something. I judge harsh. Keep in mind I only accept the best.

If you thought that, you would have tried to apply. If you did, then you weren't accepted for not being the best-ish.
