He was banned for a reason.  He was given another chance.  Remember when he was banned for 13 days?

      And furthermore Susan, I do not support the idea of "last wills" for banishment. Why should an admin or moderator have to go through all your shit and divvy it up as you see fit, because you went and got banned? I will personally be looking to the admin team shortly to try and put and end to these shenanigans. As far as I am concerned, Your VIP room should go untouched as if nothing happened, and your home should time out as per usual and your items deleted upon time out. If any admin, moderator, or regular player has any questions about this, feel free to drop them my way, this is not an official ruling as it has not been voted, but don't come looking to me to give out your shit.

Teeno did not recieve an IP ban.  The issue people were having with Teenozoom was that he would abuse his ability to use /warp into gyms, and vips, and other places he DID NOT BELONG.  Due to this reucurring event, he got vote banned by the people (even though it could have been solved forever ago by pernamently removing his /warp command).

His alternative account is his alternative account.  It does not come supplied with his stuff, or ranks.  He will not have /warp, unless he donates.  Then it would be up to the admins most likely during a admin meeting, if he will be allowed to have /warp on his secondary account.

Why do you guys have to ask all this, and demand stuff when it all can be explained per reading past cases, and the rules?


P.S. Is is all just an assumption of what would be the best course of action relative to how things usually get dealt, just in a much more fair way.
