I think we have plenty of gym leaders, don't we? If not,we can always add more perks.

Paradox, fly around kanto and look at the signs on each gym. Look at how many don't have 2.

Donators have 150%, 200% and 250% respective to their rank in donation.
To put it in simple words, Veteran Donators receive double cash per mob kill.

I don't think the lack of gymleaders is because of perks but just because of the requirements to become one. As much as it would be cool and I still have to complete one more gym to get it I still think the requirements defiantly shouldn't be lowered.
I really don't think it's to do with the perks........it's not like someone is going to take up the large responsibility of becoming a gymleader just to get some extra money from mobs.........

Actually, gym leaders use to have warps and we had people who only became gym leaders for warp and we had to get rid of it because of abuse.

There is one problem with all these gyms. As we, the trainers, get better and challenge gyms at lets say power level 200. That gymleader has unarmed at 650. We have sword skill of 213. We get pwned, and we cant beat the gym until we have power level 800. Say nay to the power level!

Ok so I was a gym leader for a very long time and I like a lot of challenges at first but lately there has been massive floods of noobs so power lvl reqs. were the best option due to you not getting challenged by too many noobs also making noobs train in pvp and other skills which on this server pvp is a very large part of it and just allowing noobs a free pass to challenge isnt fair for the leader also gym leaders just found another way to stop noobs but this time its making people wait 24 hours and now instead of noobs training and getting better before they challenge they are waiting and not improving so there is a very small chance for a noob to get farter on this server and it is very likely they will be a trainer for  a very long time and waiting also might make them quit so all im saying is gym leaders need a break like fuchsia i have yet to see one noob get past the entire course but i have seen noobs challenge fail then I added power lvl and they come back later and get past the course and sometimes(Rarely due to 500+ axes) win.

You could also make it so the maximum power lvl requirement was like 500 or 600 so we dont have to wait till noobs are at 850+

Maybe we should get rid of the gym leaders who are too powerful for the noobs? I mean soon we will have Johto opening which will balance it out because more than likely all the pro's will move there.

Well the hightest of gym leaders and elitle will move to johto, allowing gyms to be easier and make more gym leaders thus spreading out gymchallenges.

I understand that but it dosen't seem like johto is opening within the week so why don't we take off gym leaders that have too high of skill and over 4+ Gym badges? Tell em to take a break

That's not fair to them. Johto should be released soon and it would require to kick out a lot of gym leaders. And our main advertisement is minestatus, which were losing in a few days, so once thats gone let us see what happens.
