I think that this is a good idea to keep lots of people from chalanging. And it will make it more of a chalange for both the gym leader and the chalanger if they are both skilled.

It can also be spam, one gym leader joins to say hi. 40 trainers and 1 admin online, almost half of the trainer PROD I CHALLENGE YOU. I was like wtf man, so I took like two or three challenges and got grounded. True story bro. I won't be on for a little while hence my groundedness, but I sneak on my iPod and make forum posts (like this one).

Prod I'll help you out bruddha. I completed your gym, have three badges, and archery reaching 200. I could be a co-co leader for you, and when people start moving to Johto, I was eyeing taking up the Cerulean Gym, or anything when Vet Gym leaders move on.
