I've posted a tickrate log at http://pastebin.com/Rw37Ukve.

20 ticks per second indicates that the server is running at full speed. Anything under will cause annoyances, such as smelting a stack of something and only getting 63 smelted.

Because the tickrate is recorded only every 5 minutes, it most likely doesn't account for the TPS dips that are caused by the Backup plugin. It has since been removed by 1cec0ld.

He actually didn't talk to me for four months after Quadfiber, and following that there were 2 email exchanges that happened on June 6th. The next contact we had was at the beginning of August.

That's when I noticed that lag on the Pokemon Server, and the lag that there was back then on the previous host was much worse than the lag imposed by multiple people now.
