Disappearing Pokemon Bug

Long story short, I caught an electabuzz, left the pixelmon server to go to pvp for a bit and when I come back it's replaced with a seadra which I never even caught. This happened to a couple of my pokemon and was fixed when I moved them into the PC, but not with my electabuzz. Any ideas?

True story.

His Pokemon was replaced with seadra, I think it is most likely a pixelmon bug, I had my level 30 electrode with a squirtle a long time ago.

I then traded a lvl 50 flygon (bad moves) for a level 40 electabuzz and got my old one back... so anyone missing a seadra and anyone who got a lvl 40 electabuzz please contact me.

I had a Mankey disappear, and it duplicated my Kakuna =/
