Hoenn Head Builder Application

Mario (and others) if you were going to choose a head builder then Tactic is the guy for you. He's always encouraging people to build and is great at leader building teams. Just the other day he gathered a whole group of us together to build possibly the largest route in the region. Tactic has also show great leadership and planning skills out of Hoenn, such as hosting pvp tournements. He is also an active member as seen by his Gymleader rank and extremely high balance :P. He is defenatly the best choice.
