Title: Added Security plugin #lazy

tl;dr
use /spectate (fullname) to stalk a player without /tp-ing to them constantly or paying attention to wasd keys. Use with xray mod for full benefit. I installed to to spy on Hometowny who i am 100% convinced is xraying, and i plan to use fraps to get it on video so he cant even try to defend himself.

This'd be interesting to re-add...

Though with 1.8 and spectator mode, may not be necessary.
