boss Spawn Rate

I been play a lot and don't see much boss when i go boss hunting and think that they the spawn rate should go up for boss and i think that the legendary spawn rate should spawn more.

They turned down the boss rate a little on the server because of 2 legendaries once spawning 5 seconds apart

You're not meant to see many bosses. Same goes for legendaries. They're rare for a reason.

Bosses are not the same as legendaries. The main difference is, we can't control boss rates. We can only turn them on or off.
