Game broke?

I keep crashing and have lost all my Pokemon i had in my party what should i do i want my shiny Rhydon back!and my machamp
Pokemon lost:
(1) Level 47 machamp
(2) level 45 shiny rhydon
(3) level 44 ferrow
(4) level 18 luxio
i would like an admin or mod to please get back my Pokemon or i unfortunately will have to abandon the Pixelmon server

Either I can restore your pokemon to pre-update, or you can live without.
