Unfortunately that basically restricts anyone out of Canada or the US from coming. If you move it to Friday or Saturday at 8PM then everything would be fine.

see the problem is, is that half the players are from the US so please make it US friendly lol

Surely Friday or Saturday at 8 pm, US time, is US friendly. If anything it'd be better than Thursday considering your lack of commitments the next day.

Okay, heres my opinion. Make the meetings Thursday nights at 8pm, and post what is discussed on here. That way those who can't visit can still find out what happened. I get its not ideal, but even with the old admin meetings not everyone could make it. If we do it this way, the meetings will work.

Still waiting for tene's input on the spreadsheet. Also note that the spreadsheet is in GMT which means 5pm Saturday is 10am Saturday for me.
