Title: Stuf's World Editor app thing

Um well i don't think there is an official app for this so im just asking for it. If you want to know why its because im building the whirl islands and i have ran into several places where it would have been very helpful to have. And seeing as there are lots of caves left why not have one more world editor ;).

you need not to make an Application for This. Ask an Admin for it if you have a Good Enough reason to have it ( from what i see you have a pretty good reason for it).

yea i just ran into a big mineshaft and it would be verry helpful to have it lol
