A: No
Is anyone other than Heads allowed in Sinnoh right now?
A: Only Admins/Mods/Heads
Is it possible for me to help build Kanto?

A: Yes, and so is Johto, Hoenn (Outlines) soon, Sinnoh (At least some parts), And Unova (Parts)
