So we were talking at an admin meeting for motivation when we came to money. This is our final decision. If you want to give us a tip for spending money (because we DO NOT take personal money from the poke paypal) You can now.
Admins will post their paypal in this post and you can tip us if wanted. There will be a joint paypal to tip all of us.
Personal tips will not get perks. (but we will be super nice to you) dont count on it
A donation to the whole staff, when the account is set up, will get you perks, and will be equally split between the admins personally.

To clarify, the reason we did this, is due to the current paypal being so full, but we believe that it has mostly gone to the Server's benefit.
We do not operate believing that you are paying us as Administrators, and thus we do not, and have not, taken from the pool without promptly repaying it. It belongs to the server, and pays for rent, minestatus, and other features (if you can come up with ideas, please let us know).
However, we do put a lot of time in, and the only way to avoid temptation is to offer a different location to donate. We can't keep track of who it goes to when it is just to one person. We will not promote you if you do. It's just too difficult, and raises questions of favoritism and breeds hate. So the central pool for Admins will be set up, and equally split, and that one will get applied to your promotion, and not spent on the server's rent, etc. It is purely for our work. If there are any questions, I will look for them here, and try to address them in this post after I see them.
Tl;dr?
Server Paypal: Promotion yes, server rent yes.
Admin Paypal (to be created): Promotion yes, server rent no.
Individual Paypals: Promotion no, server rent no. Think of it as a tip. For us waiting on you and serving you.

If that happens at the same rate it currently is, I will personally ensure the server stays up. I hope the others agree that it is a good idea, but it is completely up to them with their share.

I find it interesting that you credit the moderators more than the Administrators. Or is it that you credit your friends more than your supervisors.

I don't come on the server and do nothing. I'm usually busy helping nobz. I also get on the server on top of camp, school, parents, and a 3 day vacation every week.

I can confirm this, a couple days ago he was taking on like 7 nubs at once while I just sat there and laughed. When he was done, he said "You could have helped with at least one..." I thought he did well.

From what I know, no it wasn't his, nor was the server actually owned by him. Someone offered to host and Paar accepted, if I'm correct?

Wrong. It was my account and bank all. But my parents realized that it was connected to my bank account and then stopped me from havign access to the bank so i can't do that anymore. I don't know what mario means by someone offering to host it? I never hosted it on my computer but we've always used server hosters except the first like half hour of the server.
