If Blaze quit, I want to know what happens. Can he quit mid challenger? If shish loses, does he become an Elite? Or no, from my understanding this is a full challenge, Blaze quits AFTER this challenge, so NEXT challenger becomes Elite.

Admins?
Yes, Elites cannot quit during mid challenge, so Blaze will have to wait until Shish has fought TA. If Shish loses, his challenge ends and Blaze can quit. If Shish wins, TA becomes 4th Elite, all Elites move down 1, Frenzy is no longer Elite and Blaze can now quit. If an Admin accidentally demoted Blaze already thinking that TA and Shish have already battled, I think the same rules would apply.
