ok so this guy is brand spakin' new to the server and there is no doubt in my mind he's hacking if you'll look at this pic you can see he join NCP goes nuts and then the server kicks him and this has happened at the least 15 times. btw he is spamming to by re-joining every 10 seconds after he's kicked
