Elite Rules/Elite standards

After looking for 30 minutes for my old post on McForums, I finally found the post, and here it is:

Ok, since I'm in charge on the Elite Four now, I'm going to administer some more sensible Elite Four Rules.

First off, instead of moving down, everyone will move up in the Elite 4 to fill spots.

Second, when moving up no one ever moves up into champion for any reason, the champion is now a spot on it's own. We don't want to be unfair to someone who loses their spot for getting a higher up position and the 4th Elite getting it free.

Third, no more turning in your badges when the first Elite isn't on

Fourth, when a challenger challenges and there is a bottom spot open, they automatically get a spot, then work up past the people, so if they beat the 2nd Elite, they're second and the past second is first. But, this doesn't happen if all 4 Elite spots are filled, but not the champion because now Champion is in it's own category.
Rules are subject to change as seen fit.

Edit: If you QUIT Elite, you must wait 14 days to re-challenge. And the Elite 4 must be filled to become Champion.

EDIT: Due to Elite's not trying recently, Elite's must now look like they're trying, if they don't countless times, they will be removed from their Elite position.

When 3rd elite leaves, 2nd becomes 3rd instead of 4th becoming 3rd.

Good, I'm tired of walking all the way and seeing a one sided, 10 second fight >.>

Just because its 10 seconds doesn't mean they aren't trying. It is hard being an elite sometimes. =3 Maybe the elite is just doing amazing or maybe the challenger is just a boss.

Okie. All elite fights last around 10 Seconds to a minute It just depends on how they're doing. It doesnt mean they arent trying. For example, a fight may last 2 minutes because someone is drinking health potions.
