Houses to buy.

I have recently aqquired a large sum of money around 7.5k to 8k. I want to buy a house asap. I was going to buy mr pychic's house in saffron, as it cost a hefty 6.6k, but that got me to wonder what the most expensive house i could buy would be. If i could receive some help from this community on the topic of houses available, i would greatly appreciate it. I am asking because i am relatively new and would prefer to not spend my time wandering through all of kanto. That reminds me, I only have 2 badges, so only houses in kanto please. If you take time out of your day to reply to this, please include the following...


Price
Current owner(s) (if any) and if they might be willing to sell
Location
and any special titles i.e. Mr Pychic's house, Bill's lighthouse

Most expensive ones on the server are around 10800 in goldenrod city.

Badge count isn't important since 3 weeks ago or so, if a server detail made you think it was, please tell us where so we can change it.

Well i thought only trainers with 4 badges could go to johto, and you had to be a builder for the other regions.

I think i might like to purchase the pokemansion on cinnabar, but its owned. Can anybody tell me whether or not the co-owners there would ever sell it? I actually prefer kanto, as i am actively there.
