Can I possibly nerf the Cob Webs, Water and Soul Sand part, since 24/7 Gyms are not allowed.

I hope i can be excused for my absense of such a long time, i have not had internet for about a week, and even now that I do have internet, my computer is still being fixed. I should have it back tomorrow. If i was demoted could i please reciev my gym back?
