That I have to learn as Admin? I know PEX is used quite frequently, and such. Just asking if there is anything else I need to learn. Thanks.

Only if you want to get file addicted and learn how to install plugins.

Touch ModDamage and you're dead.

But seriously, there's more than just in game stuff.
File access/knowledge
Console usage
Database access
Gmail usage
PayPal checking
Backups, if you're insane like me
And meetings.

Touching ModDamage only after extensive conversation with me.
