Title: Archery bug?

[17:49] <WaffleDoc> 1ce this is really weird I was in a huge party and were training and it kept leveling no matter what so fast and at first I thought it was a bug
[17:49] <WaffleDoc> then it stoped for a while
[17:50] <WaffleDoc> then it picked back up and I was like what is happening
[17:50] <WaffleDoc> so I ended up leaving the party cause I thought it was unfair
[17:50] <WaffleDoc> but it seems like a major bug

I gave a fix based on the fact that I knew what was causing it. What I may have done instead may or may not have caused another bug, so well have to see about that.
