Title: Xp Levels as Currency

For those of you unaware. Thanks to 1ce, we can now use xp levels as currency too!
Command: /givelevels [player] [amount]
Also a note, you must have the xp held, not banked to be sent.

No, it mysteriously vanished and it's going to take a while for me to re-add it because I have to look stuff up again.
