i think you should have a /dash for jtrainers so that we can go faster well thats my thought ps. the speed would be slower than run but faster than walk

No, much simpler than that. I didn't need to affect how fast they go because that wasn't the point of the running shoes themselves, just to keep them sprinting without decreasing hunger level so quickly.

It wouldn't even need to use commands, like the current plugin doesn't use commands.
