No, only if theres an open spot, you lose to the 2nd elite, you become the first cause there isn't one.

Can someone post full system for elite 4? Like if you win what happens, and if you lose to like 3rd elite what happens then and all that stuff?

If there is all 4 elites, and u challenge and lose to any of them u lose, end of story, u don't get elite. If there is an open spot and you challenge and u lose to first elite then u get 1st spot.
