The Fifth Pokemon X and Y Tournament

Tournament Start date: After the conclusion of the Fourth Tournament held by Shark

There will be a twist decided by the people. Either everyone gets a partner, and you guys count as a team, or no items. If no one seems interested in either, there will be no special condition. But, the rule about one pokemon from each region will still be in play
Tournament Type:
Single battles
Multi-type
You must have one Pokemon from each region on your team; (EX: Charizard, Bayleef, Swampert, Empoleon, Volcarona, Greninja.)
Tournament Restriction:
No Legendaries
Lv. 50 restriction during battles
Each pokemon has to have been created during a certain region. You might be able to find Lapras in Kalos region, but it was created during Kanto, so it would be considered as a Kanto pokemon
No multiples of a single Pokémon
No multiples of the same held item
You will be disqualified for any of the following:
Switching teams after the tournament begins
Failure to battle within the week of your round
(Unless you are able to provide a good reason as to why)
Prize:
A prize will be rewarded to First and Second place.
Prizes are currently undecided

Because LFC is preoccupied currently, and won't be coming online anytime soon, I will "bump" this thread for people wanting to play in the next tourney. I don't really think people want to wait for LFC to be back. So this will be the fifth tourney. And if he comes back anytime soon, he can have the sixth tourney

I am not innactive and can still host the tournament and should have atleast been given a notice before you just decided to take over. Its not fair really.

You were inactive for quite a long time. I thought if you didn't have enough time to participate in another tourney, you defiantly wouldn't have enough time to host one. I was just going to switch mine (which was 6th) to yours (which was 5th). I am still willing to make this the 6th tourney if you like. Just speak up if you would like to host the 5th.

Ive got quite a lot to do recently so is it ok if I take 6th? I also need a bit more time to figure out the prizes.

That would be decided if the option is chosen. If it is chosen, I will most likely make people auto-assigned.

By "teams" I meant the person we are teamed up with.

So quick question here, is a person and their partner allowed to have a pokemon from the same generation, or does each person have to take 3 of the generations and have them be different?

Not fair? You little fuck you've been offline for 2 fucking weeks for Destiny and you say you're not inactive?
Think about what you've been doing while you were offline when we were busy trying to finish the fourth pokemon tournament.

You and your partner (if this becomes the rule) must decide who gets which region of pokemon. It doesn't matter who has what, all that matters is that your partner has three different regions, and you have the other different three.

It's gonna happen, I just want to give some time for people to train their pokemon. I will most likely give the teams in a week. I just want everyone to have a chance. Also, I wanted more people to sign up. So a little while and it will start.

Wouldn't mind. Havent been very serious with Pokemon or Minecraft for that matter for a few weeks now and would love to get back. Cant wait to find who my team mate is.
Oh btw, sorry I haven't been on recently. I just feel like there isn't much for me to do any more.

I don't think we should have people paired together. It would mean that four people would have to be online at the same time and with the server's current population status it would be quite hard.

The way things are going, its not that possible if its just a 1v1.

I personally believe now that the XY tourneys should not be a thing anymore. Unless you guys want to do XY and ORAS against each other, and limit some ORAS items/pokemon. Or we can just proceed with ORAS tourneys.

If this tourny isnt going to happen I can open the one i have set up for ORAS. ( I was suppose to open the sign-up a few days ago, though i was waiting to hear on what would happen with this tourny... I will adjust the time frame a little as well)
