Title: Pokedex (or something close, but useless)
Post by: 1cec0ld on January 25, 2013, 08:06:43 am
So I can make it where if you say a pokemon's name in chat, the server messages you what the pokedex entry is for that pokemon. It's something small, but its better than nothing (right?) if not, just dont say a pokemon name. However, I am far too lazy to add all 6## pokemon myself, I need help.

Your job, should you choose to accept it:

Pick the pokemon, in this case bulbasaur.
Find their pokedex entry from whichever generation you desire.
And type in a forum post:

@@"bulbasaur"&&"Pokedex entry here"
I am deliberately obfuscating the ModDamage script I will use to make this work so copycats who don't yet understand MD chat events can't steal it. Youll start seeing a few, and Ill add them to this thread as I add them in.

Note: say them in the server chat to test if I've done them before you try to add a requested pokemon+entry.

Also, Anon's format is best, no lines between them, no need for code brackets, etc. Just So I can copy the entire block and paste it in.

Well, this is sort of obsolete now. Use /pokedex

It has all you need to know (https://www.pokemonserver.net/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Ftiny.cc%2Fhfblackhat&hash=5ee7db16b3f18f1d299fe3ca546282e8)
