This is a weird way of starting a team, but as you may have heard, Team Spectrum has an unwritten rule that they only allow veteran players on their team. Well this team is the complete opposite. I only accept newer players (people that have been on for less than a year). This team has many positions and most of them don't require you to have high stats (except for a few that require you to specialize in one stat).
